Mission

Google, a titan of tech and innovation, approached us at Flik, it was with a clear vision: to ignite excitement for the launch of the Google Pixel 2. Known for their minimalistic yet impactful design, Google's broad customer base spans the globe, influencing virtually every aspect of digital life. Our task? To captivate this diverse audience by enhancing the in-store experience with a visually engaging animation that draws eyes and encourages interaction.

Outcome

The final product was a 40-second, looping marvel, playing across Pixel 2 displays all over the country. Our animation started with the Google-colored dots and evolved into a narrative of movement and fun, stitched together from over a hundred concepts into four key animated moments. This wasn't just an animation; it was a magnet for attention, perfectly looped so that no pixel stood still long enough to etch itself into the screen.

Impact

Our animations did more than just play on a screen—they drew customers across the store floor, directly to the Pixel 2. The playful physics and vibrant visuals made the phones stand out, increasing visibility and, ultimately, sales.
