HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025 (June 23-26, at The Venetian) is one of HPE’s major annual events. It brings together enterprise customers, partners, and tech leaders to explore what’s next in networking, AI, and hybrid cloud. The theme this year was all about unlocking ambition through innovation, secure infrastructure, and AI-powered systems.
As HPE’s event graphics partner, we were tasked with making assets that felt both futuristic and grounded—high tech, but also clearly connected to people and possibility. We knew screens of all kinds, high visibility keynotes, and immersive environments would need visuals that pop and pull you in.
Because HPE Discover is such a flagship event, the expectations are always very high. This year, with AI and hybrid cloud front and center, the pressure was on to create an event visuals package that felt modern, polished, and immersive. They came to us because of our experience doing large-scale event graphics, blending 2D & 3D, motion design, and visual storytelling across keynotes, expo halls, multiple screens.
There was a tight schedule, many moving parts, and numerous screen formats—keynotes, booth screens, vertical displays, hallway screens etc.—all needing assets. HPE needed something consistent, exciting, and able to scale across different spaces without losing coherence.
We worked closely with the HPE events team from the start. After initial concept / moodboard sessions, we sketched out style frames to lock in tone, color palette, 3D iconography, type styles, and transitions.
Once visual language was approved, we built out 3D icons (representing AI, hybrid cloud, secure networking etc.), animated them, and paired them with 2D motion designs (type, backgrounds, motion graphics overlays). Because the event has many different physical spaces, we created assets for a large ring screen on the ceiling, vertical screens, hallway screens, booth displays, and keynote screens.
We also had to optimize for performance (file sizes, render times, alignment on different aspect ratios) and make sure animations worked on LED/display hardware. Tight deadlines meant some “all hands on deck” nights, iteration cycles, and quick reviews to adjust for technical constraints or unexpected screen placements.
What we delivered was a full graphics package that felt polished, modern, and immersive. Keynote opens that wowed audiences, screen graphics that guided attendees visually through the space, booths that felt connected to the overall theme, and environmental visuals that made the venue feel like an HPE-powered tech universe instead of just another expo hall.
Everything worked together: from entrance visuals to exit visuals; from the moment you walked in to the panels you attended; the look was coherent. Attendees saw visuals with consistent branding, motion quality, and design language. The tech & AI theme felt baked in, not just overlaid.
The visuals elevated HPE Discover 2025, reinforcing the event’s focus on AI and hybrid innovation. Our cohesive 3D and motion design system tied the keynote, expo, and digital content together—delivering an immersive, distinctly “HPE” experience that extended well beyond the event itself.
